After the journey through medicinal plants and cocoa plantation, the group making the tour stops below a small opened ranch to learn about the art of making chocolate.
The guides will then showing virtually all the steps that are performed to achieve this world famous culinary delight, from opening the fruit, remove the seeds, roasting, patiently mixing knead (or not) with sugar until to get the product. During the process the participants will taste first the cocoa and then the chocolate after each step.
